Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In my sessions I offer a safe space to gently explore how you experience your life and help put a name to things that are feel out of reach. Therapy can help us come to terms with who we are and with that understanding comes the freedom of choice as to whether we would like to make a change.
Sometimes all that it required is some short term support as you re-equilibrate after a life event. Sometimes longer term work may be needed to delve a little deeper into who you are. We can discuss which approach seems right for you in our first sessions together.

THE ASSESMENT SESSION
Once you have contacted me by email, I offer the option of a free 15 minute telephone call to discuss the process of working together.
We then have an intial 50 minute asessment session to explore what has brought you to seek therapy in further detail.
I charge £25 for our initial 50 minute assessment.
50 minutes in length.
The same time and place every week.
Your therapy session is your time and space, reserved just for you. I don’t offer your space to anyone until our work together is finished. I don’t charge cancellation fees if given a week's advance notice, but as I don’t offer your space to anyone else in your absence, a missed session will be charged at full session fee.
I charge £50 for our ongoing therapy sessions.
